This policy is to be read in conjunction with our online store terms and conditions.  

At Titans Pro Shop we want to ensure you have an enjoyable online shopping experience and remain a satisfied customer. We also understand that occasionally things may not always go as planned and you may require a refund or to exchange a product.


Can I return a product due to "change of mind"?


We will happily accept a “change of mind” return for an exchange or refund for any reason, within a reasonable time if un-washed, un-worn and in original condition.


Titans Pro Shop does not cover return costs therefore all freight charges incurred for product exchanges or returning product will be accepted by the customer. Standard freight charge of $9.95 will be applied for the service to re ship any exchange order if reason of ‘change mind policy’.

In the event that you have received an item that is damaged or faulty?


In the event that you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. including image of faulty garment and you will be contacted by our customer service team within 48hrs with a Return Authority Number and return shipping address details.
If you have purchased and received a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement providing stock is available or a refund within a reasonable time. If you have received a product with a minor fault, we will offer to repair instead of a replacement or refund.


Request for a refund?


Titans Pro Shop inspects all orders shipped from www.titansproshop.com.au however is happy to accept return of goods for a full refund within a reasonable time if the goods are deemed faulty or damaged by us.


Where we agree on refund, further to our Online Store Terms and Conditions we will use reasonable endeavours to process your refund in the same form as the original payment within five (5) Business Days. The receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund.


Titans Pro Shop is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund. It is a condition of Visa, MasterCard and other card schemes that refunds be processed on the same card as the original payment was made in order to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards. Titans Pro Shop is required to comply with all card scheme rules in order to be able to accept these card types, and as such, all of your refunds will be credited to the card you nominated in your Order.
